Seattle trip

So, this never happens anymore, but I did something spontaneous. Something spontaneous with a 3 month old baby. I'm pretty proud of me. My mom, sister, Leo and I took a last minute trip up to Seattle to watch the Utah softball team play in the super regionals. Yeah yeah yeah, I played softball for BYU, yeah yeah yeah, I'm a traitor. But its a long complicated story, not for this post. I will just say, I have always loved Utah softball. Also, one of my most favorite coaches I have had, is the head coach of Utah. I wanted to support her. And we did!

Leo was the unofficial was mascot. He was such a champ on this trip. I love how easy going he was. He went to 3 long softball games and was the best! Utah played Washington, and lost. But it was some great softball!

We even made ESPN

Mostly because my sister was on a whole new level of crazy, that's why we made it on. Or because Leo is the cutest!

My poor mom... she had to hold Leo the whole game because as soon as I gave him to her to hold, Utah started playing really well. I don't make up these superstitions, but they are real, and if she would have given him back to me, the loss would have been all our fault!

When we weren't at the games, we had a lot of fun!

We went on an underground tour of the city, we ate lots and lots of sea food, we went to the lochs where we found a really fun outdoor concert, went on an amazing hike, and of course did the fish market. It was such a blast!

Seattle is a crazy city. I'm not kidding, weirdest people I've ever seen! But it was so fun to visit. It was so fun spending time with my mom and sister. We laughed a lot!!! Oh, and remember that one time I was in charge of renting the car, and I got it through "rent a wreck," and we were stranded at the airport at 11 pm? Whoopsies!
Also, I have to thank Travis for making this all happen and taking care of the other kids!

Leo 3 months

Leo is really growing fast. He is very plump these days! He is starting to get very alert. I think he is starting to come out of the baby fog and is starting to realize what is surroundings are. His eyes get really big sometimes!
He rolled over for the first time, and it wasn't a fluke, because now he rolls over all the time! But for now, I think he is an ambi-roller. He usually rolls onto his tummy from the left.
He has been sleeping in the bassinet a little more now, and less with us. He usually sleeps in there till about 1 or 2 am, then he wakes up, I just pull him in bed with us.
We can still here his laryngomalacia noises. He still wheezes and breathes loud at night.
Oh, and here is more news on his toots. They are still loud and manly, but now they really stink! We  are so proud!
Stay cool Leo.
