Brooklyn is 4

Brooklyn turned 4!

It was a weekday, and Travis was already gone to work, Avery was already gone to school, and Isla was still sleeping when Brooklyn woke for the day.

But don't worry, we still celebrated, just her and I.

She got breakfast in bed

And then she came out to the living room and saw this

We had fun all morning, then she was off to Preschool where they celebrated her birthday. I brought donuts to her class for a snack.

I told her that I would make her her most favorite dinner in the whole world, and asked her what she wanted. This is what she requested.
Mac and Cheese and chicken nuggets and also brocolli!

After dinner, we opened presents, guess what she got?!?
Frozen dress ups! Yep, she still lives the Frozen dream

She also found some gold

We had cupcakes and sang to her afterwords

It was low key and intimate, but I think she liked her 4th birthday!

Brooklyn, you are our sweet girl.

You are always up for snuggles!

You love to be tickled.

You love to be around people, especially friends.

You love to pretend.

You are such a girly girl, you prance everywhere you go, and you always walk on your tippy toes.

You are the sneaky one. You are always trying to sneak candy, and you like to test your boundaries.

You hate getting splashed.

You don't like to go out of your comfort zone very much, and you are comfortable with that, even under peer pressure.

You have a very good memory, and usually always remember people's names.

You love books.

You love Scooby "dooby" doo.

You are a tantrum thrower, you throw yourself on the ground and stiffen your whole body and howl.

You are a little flirt. You love getting teased and you love teasing.

You are starting to learn how to read and you are catching on fast.

You go with the flow.

You are becoming a really picky eater. You don't like anything mixed or touching. You don't like any sauces. You don't even like anything on your toast. You would eat Mac and Cheese for every meal if I would let you.

You eat like a bird. Even with desserts, you know when you have had enough.

You are the thirstiest girl I have ever met. You always need water all the time.

Your best friend is Jocy Burk

You love to dance.

You are a really good big sister to Isla.

You have such a sweet heart and we don't even know what we would do without you!

Happy Birthday Mae Mae!
