Avery rollerblades

Avery saved up her money and bought herself some rollerblades. Once she figures out how to not fall, she is gonna be invincible on these things!

Spring Break 2018

And it happened. Spring Break 2018!

We did a lot. We stayed in Scottsdale with my parents at their time share along with the Jolley's. The first thing we did was go see Beauty and the Beast play. They had the best surround speakers I've ever heard! Oh wait, it was TC singing at the top of her lungs right next to me. Maybe she should have tried out?

The rest of the week was great! We really didn't need to leave the resort! We swam, did activities on the resort, found all the free ice cream/dessert places competed in hula hoop competitions and just had fun with family! We love the Canyon Villas!

Leo one year pics

I don't even think I need to write anything about these pictures.

Perfection.

Thanks Lindsey! She is our awesome babysitter and she took these in her photography class in high school!

The jungle book play

Avery and Brooklyn just finished their first community play. They did the Jungle Book. It was so much fun! And honestly, was such a great production. I had no idea what really goes on in the production of a play. There is so much more to it than I thought. The set, the costumes, the singing, the practices. I have a new appreciation. So Brooklyn and Avery were actually in two different plays. The younger kids and the older kids. Avery just made the cutoff for the older kids. So yay for me, two different practice times! And two different shows. It was fun to see the differences they added for the two different levels. Brooklyn ws a monkey and also coil #4 of Kaa the snake. Avery was a monkey supreme and the baby elephant. I really did enjoy it! My mom was able to come to the final show. She barely made it there on time from her flight! It was such a good night. My kids loved the whole thing, and they just might be thespians one day!

So as a rookie theater mom, I learned that you aren't supposed to take pictures during the play. So I only got stage pictures of Brooklyn, because her play was first. Sorry if I blinded any actors out there!
