Travis was lucky enough to meet this man.
If you don't know who this man is, then you probably were in a coma for the past 3-4 years. Dr. Oz.
He is known for his passion for health, he is known for his natural remedies. The big thing that Travis took home with him was that Dr. Oz is indeed a very hairy man. Travis touched his arm at one point.
For some reason, the Dr, Oz television show picked Travis's clinic to do a spot on. They were doing 15-minute physicals on patients.
For the record, I like Dr. Oz. As a nutrition savvy person, I agree with many of his ideas. And I believe that he sincerely cares about people and their health. But from what Trav said, it sounds like he is a fame whore as well.
The truth: The man wore tons of make up, and at one point he was giving a woman a physical not knowing she was pregnant. After they discovered she was pregnant, he gave her an ultra sound explaining to her that her baby was perfect. I don't think they taught him about baby ultrasounds in his cardiothoracic surgery residency. That is just good TV folks.
One time during the day, Travis got on an empty elevator, the door was about to close when Dr. Oz and his entourage got on the elevator. There were so many people that Travis found himself smashed in the back corner, right up in the good Doctor's grill. He smelled nice according to Travis.
Oh and no, Dr. Oz didn't eat a salad for lunch, he had Jack Stack BBQ take out... I don't think that is on his diet plan! But ya gotta have KC BBQ when you are here, so we will let that one slide Mehmet (that's his real name).
Lastly, Travis is famous. He got on the show!

Dr Charles, meet Dr Oz. What a neat experience. Looked at that link of the video, plus the Oz show featuring KC, and just could not see Dr C? Am I blind? I loved seeing the two standing together though. Blow it up Travis, and put in your office.
Dr. Oz is great but he seems to know A LOT about every supplement out there and you have got to wonder if some of them may have some bad side effects that he really doesn't know about. I finally saw Travis' face online - but could not see it on TV.
Good job Dr. Trav!
Can't believe they passed up on a face like Travis's. They could do a whole show on it.
