Rocky Mountain High

There are two things we love right now. One is folk music. The other one is the Johnsons. So naturally, when the two can collide, we will take it. Travis found this folk festival near Denver so we went. We also took our kids. They thought it was weird. And it kind of was. But it was also amazing! There were so many hippies and free spirits... and a little pot too. Don't worry, we refrained! Also, we only lost Isla once.

The place was so kid friendly, there was a stream to play in, face painting, flower making. It was the best. But after a couple of hours, they were over it, so we took them to their old friend from Globe's house, the Gordons!
We dropped them off, and we headed back to the concert with just Leo. It was such a nice evening!

That night, we drove down to Colorado Springs and stayed with the Johnsons. Its always a grand reunion!

They took us to Manitou Springs penny arcade and up the mountain on a drive to a beautiful lake!

This one was a good one!
