Birthday at Binkley's

We have some swanky friends. They proposed going to a fine dining restaurant to celebrate a bunch of our birthdays. We went to Binkley's in Phoenix. This place serves a 20 course dinner. You heard me, 20! Don't worry, each course is about a bite or two. Some of the courses included parmesan custard, black truffles with steamed buns, and I'd say that the date soup was a crowd favorite! The chef and staff were amazing and so dedicated to their art. It was a swanky night indeed and I sure enjoyed it, not only because of the food, but definitely the crowd as well!
