Leo turned 2! I feel like he just finally understood how to answer "1" when anyone would ask
how old he is, good luck buddy! We started the day out with breakfast in bed... oh wait, this kid never sleeps in, so actually just breakfast. But it wasn't any regular breakfast, this boy loves berries so much! So a plate full of berries and whip cream made his day, plus an egg.
Later that day, we baked his cake. He was quite the helper!
Then that evening, we had his favorite dinner, chicken nuggets and Mac and cheese. After that, we invited some friends over for ice cream and cake. I made him a caterpillar cake because he loves The Very Hungry Caterpillar book.
It was a great birthday! He even blew out his candles, we had been practicing for a couple of months. To end the night, Leo took a picture with the man who brought him into the world, Dr. Bryan. Its pretty cool!
