Hamilton

Travis started listening to the soundtrack of Hamilton at work and brought it home. 

I did not like it.

It was weird. 

It was too pop and not enough Broadway.

We went on a road trip and listened to it the whole way. 

My eyes were opened. 

The story was amazing! And the music grew on me. And it became beautiful.

Travis was so affected by it that he started reading the 900 page book that the play was based on. He also was considering naming Leo Alexander. Whoa!

We were lucky enough to go see the traveling Broadway play when it came to Phoenix. Our friends, the Bryan's hooked us up as tickets were hard to get and very expensive. We are very grateful for that!

The play was great! We were nervous because it wasn't the original cast who we were used to, but they did great.

It sure makes you appreciate the founding fathers and how they created our country!

Also, Aaron Burr is sort of the worst!
